Description
Beginners and advancing students alike will thrive on this tech-driven quest to create and perform electronic music! Using fun, hands-on music gear (synthesizers, etc.) along with GarageBand for iPad, students will create original tracks and learn the joy of live performance.
With one-on-one mentorship from experienced musicians, students will learn to create and perform original music using GarageBand and synthesizers. Our graduates will even have the opportunity to submit their tracks for release on Spotify and Apple Music!
Program Goals & Objectives
(1) Create and export an original track for release on Spotify and Apple Music
(2) Prepare a 2-minute live DJ set for an audience of family and friends!
